Superkin

For veterinary practices

A simple way to stay close to your senior clients between visits.

Owners log everything they notice through the week. Before each appointment you get a one-page brief written from real observations. Between appointments, an outreach queue flags clients whose dogs are drifting — proactive senior care that pays for the subscription many times over.

Why we built this

Independent practices are squeezed.

Corporate chains run loyalty schemes, plan plans, and Insta. Independents have tiny marketing budgets and no client engagement tech. The 2026 CMA reforms add compliance work without the headcount to absorb it. Meanwhile your senior dog clients — the highest-margin segment — drift to the corporates for convenience. Superkin is a client-engagement layer you don't have to build.

What you get

Five things that compound.

  • Practice-branded onboarding

Your logo on the welcome screen. "Your vet: Hightown Veterinary Centre" on the household dashboard. Clients feel the practice cares about them between visits.

  • Pre-appointment briefs

Auto-generated when an appointment is booked. One page, written from the household’s notes. The vet reads it in 60 seconds, the appointment starts with data not "so tell me what’s been going on."

  • Weekly outreach queue

A dashboard that flags senior dogs whose mobility, appetite, or mood logs have shifted. Each entry is a justifiable proactive call — extra appointments, with a paper trail.

  • CMA compliance assist

Written-prescription requests routed through the app. Pharmacy-savings disclosures handled in-product. Your reception team stops explaining the same thing thirty times a week.

  • No per-client charge

Your fee is fixed monthly. Onboard as many clients as you want — the Family tier is free for them when they sign up through your practice card.

  • Read-only on health

You see what you need: health-tagged notes, mobility trends, medication logs, the brief. You don’t see family chat or logistics. Owners consent per category.

Pricing

Three tiers. No surprises.

  • Connect · £29/mo

Passive briefs only. Owners log; you get the brief before each appointment. Good for practices testing the water.

  • Active · £99/mo (single-vet) / £149/mo (multi-vet)

Briefs + the weekly outreach queue + practice-branded onboarding. This is where the appointment uplift lives — typically 4–9 extra senior appointments per month.

  • Practice · £249/mo

Active + PMS integration (Sage, Vetlink, Provet Cloud) + white-label for multi-site practices. For the 5+ vet operations.

All tiers include unlimited client households. Active is free for the first six months to the founding-five cohort.

Concerns we hear

The honest answers.

  • RCVS compliance

Superkin never diagnoses, never prescribes, never recommends treatment. The plan recommends visits; the vet brief surfaces owner observations. The RCVS line is an architectural rail — components are mechanically prevented from outputting clinical recommendations.

  • AI vs you

AI summarises what your clients logged. The clinical judgement is always yours. We optimise for "the vet starts the appointment with five minutes of context already in their head."

  • Data ownership

Owners own their data. You see what they consent to share. We store everything in EU regions (Supabase Ireland) under UK GDPR. Subprocessors disclosed in our privacy policy.

  • Time commitment

Five minutes to set up your practice profile. Two minutes to read each brief. Outreach queue is a 10-minute Monday-morning review. No new system to maintain — runs alongside your existing PMS.

Founding-five cohort — autumn 2026
