Account deletion

Delete your Superkin account.

We’ll send a magic link to the email on your account. Tap it on your phone to confirm. If you’re the only owner of a household, that household and the dog’s data goes with the account. If others are on the team, your row is removed and they keep going.

The link is only valid for one hour and can only be used once.

What happens when you delete

  • Households where you’re the only owner are removed in full. Notes, tasks, medications, plans, and vet briefs for those households are deleted.
  • Households where others are also owners stay intact. We remove your row from the team only.
  • Your email is replaced with a non-routable placeholder so it can’t be used to sign in again. The user record stays in the database so historical references (notes you authored, etc.) don’t break for teammates who remain.
  • Photos and voice recordings tied to deleted dogs are removed from storage within 30 days.
